Abstract and Paper guidelines
The 2nd IOC 2024 uses EasyChair platform for submissions of abstract and paper. The authors have to create a free personal account at the following link: signup.
Your personal account will provide several accesses to the authors participating in the conference including:
- Submitting the abstract
- Abstract review result
- Paper submission
- Paper review
- Paper review result.
The guidelines for abstract and paper are specified in the following below.
Abstract Guideline
Author has to fill the abstract through the easychair website. The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. This abstract should provide a brief introduction to the problem, objective of the paper, followed by a statement regarding the methodology and a brief summary of results. The abstract should end with a comment on the significance of the results or a brief conclusion. Your abstract should be no more than 300 words, without reference.
Paper Guideline
- Paper must be written in full in English.
- Author should use the provided templates below to prepare the paper.
- Paper is limited to 6-10 pages.
- During the review process, please leave the author information section blank in order to expedite the double-blind review process. Author shall complete the authorship information in camera-ready paper.
- Paper should not violate any copyrights or trademarks.Paper should be checked using authorized grammar checkers such as Grammarly, WhiteSmoke, or Ginger, etc. to make sure that sentences are clear and proper.
- Paper should be checked using authorized plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin, iThenticate, or Grammarly, etc. to make sure that the paper constitutes author’s original work, that all non-original or third party work has been properly credited and cited, and that no portion of this manuscript has been plagiarized. Similarity percentage must be lower than 20%. Feel free to contact the IOC 2024 Committee if you have difficulties in checking plagiarism.
- All accepted Full papers will be published at knowledge-e indexed by web of science.
